Claudia Perez was born in El Salvador and raised in Los Angeles/Pasadena, California.
She has never stopped creating art since she was three years old.
With a positive attitude towards life and intent to make a difference through the arts, she has shown her dedication towards
creativity by teaching herself how to play the guitar, sing and songwrite.
As well as teaching herself the piano and growing into a composer role, while continuing with her singing and songwriting.
She began her performance career at the early age of five- when her mother Julia Perez- signed both Claudia and her brother
Oscar Jr., for the National TV show "Jardin Infantil", in San Salvador, El Salvador.
While in elementary school her mask project was chosen to be exhibited at the Children’s Museum of Art, as well as
the children’s book illustrated by Claudia and written by a fellow classmate was chosen for publication, and consequently
published.
